Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the XYJG (汐雅橘光) cross-border commerce data platform (the "Service"), operated by Foshan Dajiao Riji Bags & Clothing Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or authorizing a selling account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is a software-as-a-service platform for Amazon sellers. Through separate OAuth authorization for each selling account, the Service synchronizes orders and inventory via the Amazon Selling Partner API and provides consolidated operational dashboards, collaboration, and audit features. The Service is a business tool; it does not provide consumer shopping services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• The Service is currently offered on an invitation basis to business users. Access credentials are issued by us and may not be shared outside your organization.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must have the authority to authorize any selling account you connect to the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with Amazon's applicable agreements and policies.
• Do not attempt to access data of other customers, interfere with the Service, or reverse engineer any part of it.
• Do not use data obtained through the Service in any manner prohibited by Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy or Data Protection Policy.

4. Fees

The Service is currently free of charge during the invitation-only testing phase. Commercial pricing after launch will be quoted based on the number of connected stores, synchronization scope, and support requirements, and will be agreed in writing before any charge applies.

5. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You may deactivate a store connection, revoke authorization, or request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and documentation. You retain all rights in your business data. You grant us a limited right to process that data solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Data synchronized from Amazon may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable due to factors outside our control.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from use of the Service.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service and other customers. You may stop using the Service at any time; upon termination we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
