Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the XYJG (汐雅橘光) cross-border commerce data platform (the "Service"), operated by Foshan Dajiao Riji Bags & Clothing Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or authorizing a selling account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

XYJG currently supports internal business operations. We are preparing a public software service for Amazon sellers, with an initial scope of non-PII order tracking and FBA inventory dashboards. The SP-API integration, separate seller OAuth authorization, and related security and deletion controls are not yet fully implemented or deployed. External seller access will be enabled only after required approvals and validation. The Service is a business tool; it does not provide consumer shopping services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• External Amazon seller authorization and onboarding are not currently available. After launch, access terms and service availability will be communicated to eligible business users.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must have the authority to authorize any selling account you connect to the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with Amazon's applicable agreements and policies.
• Do not attempt to access data of other customers, interfere with the Service, or reverse engineer any part of it.
• Do not use data obtained through the Service in any manner prohibited by Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy or Data Protection Policy.

4. Fees

Commercial pricing and any testing terms will be communicated before the public service launches. Pricing will depend on the agreed store count, service scope, and support requirements, and will be agreed in writing before any charge applies.

5. Data and Privacy

Current status and intended data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. After launch, sellers may revoke authorization through Amazon or contact us to request deletion. Before onboarding external sellers, we must implement and validate stopping synchronization and securely deleting information after authorization is revoked.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and documentation. You retain all rights in your business data. You grant us a limited right to process that data solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Data synchronized from Amazon may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable due to factors outside our control.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from use of the Service.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service and other customers. You may stop using the Service at any time; upon termination we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
